I've had the pleasure of working with Richard James from iBuilditBetter over the past 20 years including remodeling of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a primary bedroom. From putting together the design thru completion of projects, Richard was collaborative, consistently available to answer all questions and professional in all interactions. The Quality of his Craftsmanship is exceptional. He takes pride in his work, doesn't cut corners and ensures the final installation is done correctly with attention to detail. Living through renovations can be tough, but Richard's team was polite, professional and performed daily cleaning of the construction area. iBuilditBetter provided quality service, stayed on budget and completed all projects in an efficient and timely manner. When completed, Richard continued to be available for follow up if neccesary.

I've been a customer of Richard James, owner of iBuilditBetter since 2007. Last month, Rich completed my new kitchen, the fifth renovation he has done for several properties. I currently live in a cooperative apartment building that has rules and restrictions in place that mandate how renovations may be done. Once again, Rich delivered a new kitchen that is well planned and adheres to the co-op's guidelines. Within the same footprint, there is now increased storage due to larger cabinets. food prep is easier due to under-cabinet Ambience LED lighting. the porcelain floor tile sits on level flooring and the porcelain tile backsplash compliments the quartz countertop. It's a pleasure to prepare meals now! I'm very happy with Rich's work. He's the Best and I whole heartly recommend him! ​
