The most important part of any Kitchen or Bathroom project is to listen to your potential customer’s needs.

This is Why at I Build It Better; we start all projects at customer’s house.

1. Site Check

Meet customer at their home
Draw out existing conditions
Make notes on customers’ needs wants

3. Material Selections

I Build It Better walks with customers during complete purchasing options by either internet, or actual showrooms depending on customer’s wants and needs.

Job cost is determined once customer is satisfied with options.

Sign off on plans

2. Design Drawings

Designer will create drawings using 2020 Technologies software. {The most innovative kitchen / bathroom software available}

An appointment to view drawing will be made, if revisions are necessary we adjust to customers input. Drawing can be sent by email so we can interact with each other.

4. Site Check Fee Structure

Kitchen & Bath design includes in home site check with hand drawings of existing conditions; and drawings of proposed plans. Cost $ 500.00 Non-refundable goes towards cabinet purchase or contract.

Handyman includes in home site check, Cost $ 175.00 Non-refundable goes towards project.

I Build It Better has a home that is used a personal Showroom for customers to see feel touch the Real Products presently the Kitchen is done Featuring Plain & Fancy cabinetry which are a Real treat to see the Quality of the build, finish, Craftsmanship Plain & Fancy brings to the table for All customers. International flooring thru out the house, Anderson wood right, maple interior windows, featuring Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass insert, Fern etched windows for privacy.
